YIN YOGA WORKSHOP

 

Yin yoga workshops begin with a  meditation and cleansing pranayama practice to prepare mind, body and breath for our asana practice.  Our physical asana practice will comprise of a passive series of poses (primarily seated or supine) which are typically held for around 3 to 5 minutes to access the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue around the joints and enhance the flow of chi (prana) through the meridian energy channels within the body.  A deep guided relaxation will close the practice and hopefully leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

 

 

 

MENOPAUSE YOGA WORKSHOP

 

Menopause yoga workshops begin with a Women's Circle and discussion before moving on to our physical yoga practice which will contain meditation and pranayama practice to prepare mind, body and breath for our asana practice.  Our physical asana practice will comprise of a variety of poses that focus on the different stages and/or symptoms of Menopause.  A deep guided relaxation will close the practice and hopefully leave you feeling comfortable and calm.
